St. Mark School History
St. Mark School had it's blessing and official opening for its' first
six staff members,
and approximately
100 students on Wednesday, November 28th, 1978.

There were five
classrooms, from Kindergarten to Grade 8.

Mrs. Early, and her
Kindergarten class.

Miss Omelan taught
Grades 1 & 2, and Music.

Mrs. Coffin taught
Grades 2 & 3.

Mrs. Fairbrother
taught Grades 4, 5 & 6.

Mrs. Early, and Mr.
Phaneuf (Principal) taught Grades 7 & 8

Mrs. Coffin, Mrs.
Early, Mr. Phaneuf, Mrs. Fairbrother, Mrs. Harder, Mrs. DiIorio
There were three
teachers, two teacher assistants, and one principal.
Sister Pauline and
Father Bill were also involved with St. Mark School teachings every
second Thursday.
