WHO ARE WE NAMED AFTER?
Paul-Émile Léger
was born on April 26, 1904, in Valleyfield, Quebec, Canada. Named a Cardinal in 1958, he decided in 1967 to step down as archbishop in Montreal and become a missionary in Yaoundé, a city in Cameroon, Africa.
