· This week is Immersion week, there are a variety of activities planned everyday.

· Wednesday Feb. 8^th we will be having someone come to present a Junior Achievement program to the grade 5s.

· Thursday Feb. 9^th we will be doing Hoop Dancing during gym class.

· Thursday Feb. 9^th we are having a class potluck, students have been designated something to bring.

· Tuesday Feb. 14^th is our Ski trip to Table Mountain.

· Wednesday Feb. 15^th is the special lunch at school.

· Thursday Feb. 16^th we are having a presentation called “Blues in the Schools”

· Friday Feb. 17^th we are having workshops presented by the Heritage society.

· No school the week of Feb. 20^th-24^th

· Foire de Patrimoine: Tuesday Feb. 13th (more information below)

· Grammar Quiz Friday.

●Unit 6 exam: Friday Feb. 17th

Sciences Naturelles:

●We will be having a healthy classroom potluck next week, more information to come.

Sciences Humaines:

●We are about to begin a unit on Explorers and Canadian geography.

● March 13^th will be the Heritage Fair, students will be doing a project about a Canadian Explorer.
