Learners, parents, teachers, administrators, and the community are all responsible for creating and maintaining meaningful learning environments. The success of the learning environments hinges on the buy-in of all members of the learning community.

Example

The students of SCCS will need to develop a community. Relationships between Church and community groups could result in a global responsibity developing. Maintaining websites for outside groups could be an example of the students being responsible. The support offered to the community could greatly enhanced the project building a relationship and instilled in the students a sense of responsibility.
