Suggested Activities:
• Brainstorm where students have made agreements at home/school/community
• Discuss agreements that students enter into on a daily basis
• Review school code of conduct and classroom rules
• Students choose an agreement that they have made and illustrate for bulletin board or class book.
• Discussion on other names for Creator - God, Great Spirit, Allah and so on
• Discuss and colour booklet on ways that help us live a good life (see Forgiving Workbook)
• Have a friendship/treaty party
• Drama activities to act out conflict resolution (Use resources from Peace Works, Lion's Quest, etc.)
• Talking circles for conflict resolution
• Colour picture from Office of Treaty Commission (colouring contest)
