THROUGH THE AGES, PEOPLE HAVE FOUND DIFFERENT WAYS OF PRESERVING OR KEEPING FOOD. THIS FOOD MUST BE KEPT IN SUCH A WAY SO THAT THE FOOD STILL HAS GOOD TASTE AND NUTRITION AS WELL AS BEING SAFE TO CONSUME.IN THIS LESSON YOU WILL EXAMINE SEVERAL OF THESE METHODS.
