WE TEND TO LOSE WEIGHT IF THE ENERGY CONTENT OF OUR FOOD IS LESS THAN THE ENERGY WE EXPEND DURING OUR DAILY ACTIVITIES. PART 1: FIND THREE REFERENCES THAT GIVE IDEAL WEIGHTS FOR VARIOUS AGE GROUPS.THESE REFERENCES COULD BE INTERNET SITES OR PRINTED RESOURCES. KEEP A LIST OF YOUR REFERENCES. HOW DO THE IDEAL WEIGHTS PRESENTED IN YOUR THREE REFERENCES COMPARE? ARE THEY VIRTUALLY THE SAME OR QUITE DIFFERENT? TALK WITH A CLASSMATE.
